I’m unable to withdraw money because BOVADA is sent the authorization code to a phone number that I no longer have. It’s impossible to get answer by phone or live chat. How do I change my phone number?
I can’t get into my account it just keeps saying error every time.

How can I talk to management about slot machine malfunction.I was playing slot machine ( Cesar's Victory) I played All day on A. Saturday from 12:30pm until approximately 6:15 eastern time.
I Left the game three different times, first time I was gone for maybe 30 Minutes. When you come back to a game in casino you don't have to Go back into account just reboot slot game. I restarted play but had to reload game from the game window. I was up some money in first Session.
Next time I had to stop game play was about 4pm, gone about 15 minutes came back and reloaded game and started play. I was up some money.The 3rd Time I left game it was close to 6pm and I wanted to Look at lines for football games coming on tv at 7pm. My total was 544.00. I left the desktop and the slot game just as I did the other 2 times when I came back I reloaded slot game and was going to play for a few minutes before I went to Sportsbook site of BOVADA I was playing in Casino of Bovada.
All the I was playing at BOVADA. When I reloaded game this time the value had 1544.00.The slot machine had put a 1 in front of the 544.00 so it had 1544.00 listed. I did not touch it when I noticed the malfunction. I went straight to the community board and email the community so one of the managers would see what happened.
Bovada has no number to call so that was 1st thing then I emailed Bovada's customer service and also started a chat. We went back and forth for a few days with emails and chats. I ended up with nothing from game. Their statement was there was no evidence on there end.
The assumption was I was lying and there machines don't malfunction. I never got a phone number and no other explanation. I have funded my account to the tune of about 8,000.00 in the past year and not one time ask for a withdrawal or never complained. They are fine with taking but not when giving.
